The Owner Is Waiting
Paris has its Quartier Latin, Berlin has Hackesche Hofe, and Bairro Alto is Lisbon’s area of choice for coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The summer of 2009 could be the beginning of a similar story for Bucharest’s old town, which seems to come alive with the numerous outdoor restaurants recently opened here.
